COVID-19 Update

We are so excited to welcome you back as we reopen our stores!

Our protocol has changed in order for us to keep not only our staff, but our customers as safe as possible.

We require our customers and staff to wear a mask that securely covers their mouth and nose when in our store. Customers can provide their own mask. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, we have you covered! We have disposable masks available for purchase for just $1.00.

We require each employee and customer to be screened, and to use hand sanitizer before entering our store. This is in line with local and federal guidelines for businesses that can’t maintain a distance of six feet due to the nature of their business. Because it is impossible to follow strict social distancing during the very short time it takes to do your piercing or change out your jewelry, we require all customers and staff to undergo screening.

Please don’t touch surfaces during your visit without assistance from a staff member.

We are limiting the number of people who can be in our stores at any one time. We appreciate your understanding in advance when we ask you to wait in the hallway or take a little stroll while you are waiting!

Along with limiting the number of customers in our stores, we will be limiting the number of people allowed in our piercing service rooms to the person getting pierced.

If the person wishing to be pierced is under 18, their parent or legal guardian will be allowed in the room as well and will be asked to maintain social distancing at all times.

We are located in multiple jurisdictions, so our protocol may vary slightly from one location to the next so we can adhere to local requirements. Please contact the location you wish to visit if you have questions before you head over to see us.

We will post on social media and our website as our stores are once again able to open. Hours will vary, so make sure to check our location pages for details. We do not set our hours, and they can change without notice at the discretion of the mall we are located in.
