At Almost Famous Body Piercing, all team members begin as Retail Sales Associates. Employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, and dedication may have the opportunity to participate in our in-house body piercing training program.

Retail Sales Associate (Must Be 18+)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Retail experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist customers with jewelry selections and aftercare products
• Process sales transactions and complete customer documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail space
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Contribute ideas and content for social media
• Open and close the store as scheduled
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable handling small jewelry pieces and performing detail-oriented tasks
• Ability to safely use a step stool or ladder when necessary
